Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CodeStreem's API services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

Description of Services

CodeStreem provides API services including but not limited to:

• Trend Oracle API - Trend detection and prediction
• Sentiment Engine - Text sentiment analysis
• NLP Engine - Natural language processing
• Vision Intelligence - Image analysis and OCR
• Data Enrichment - Data enhancement services
• Code Intelligence - Code analysis and security

API Usage Rules

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use APIs only for lawful purposes
• Not exceed your plan's rate limits
• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Not resell or redistribute API access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Perform denial-of-service attacks
• Scrape or harvest personal data illegally
• Generate spam or unsolicited communications

Billing & Payments

Subscription Plans

• Starter (Free): 500 API calls/month, 10 req/min
• Pro ($29/mo): 100,000 API calls/month, 100 req/min
• Enterprise ($149/mo): 1,000,000 API calls/month, 1,000 req/min

Payment Terms

• Billing is monthly, charged on subscription date
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• Overages billed at $0.001 per additional call
• All fees are non-refundable except as noted below

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 30 days of your first paid subscription for a full refund.

Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

• 99.97% uptime for all paid plans
• Sub-100ms average latency for standard requests
• 4-hour response time for Pro support tickets
• 1-hour response time for Enterprise critical issues

If we fail to meet uptime SLA, affected customers receive service credits.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you submit to our APIs. We retain ownership of the CodeStreem platform, APIs, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay outstanding fees
• Abuse the platform or other users

You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
